I have coolant leaking on the inside of my Vibe on the driver's side. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know why this would happen? Thanks!
A leak like that usually is a loose hose, or a leaking heater core. As Mase said, the inlet and outlet tubes are above your feet, as shown in the attached diagram (the Heater Radiator Unit Sub-assy).

Thanks for all the help on this. The shop says it is not coolant but is water. They are trying to relate it to a newly replaced windshield but have tried to seal any other areas where water may get in. It has not rained since the windshield was replaced so I'm convinced it is not related. I still think it is coolant due to smell and texture of the liquid but I know almost nothing about cars. I know I like my Vibe! Thanks again.

There is a GM Techlink article on the Vibe mentioning the A/C hose problem, the roof leak problem, and also the hole plugs, which if missing, might allow water in the Vibe.http://service.gm.com/gmtechli...tory1

I am not sure it's been warm enough to run the A/C. BUT Isn't the A/C drain hose on the passanger's side? When I find it. I'll put a zip tie on, like the picture. Thanks in advance.
