TODAYS THE DAY !!!!

Around the Puget Sound area spotting a vibe is a rare occasion. In 2 years I have only seen one other GT. But today I see another vibe ! Just sitting at the stop light waiting for it to turn green. Imagine my suprise and excitement ! So of course I look for the GT symbol....nope just a base, Thats cool all vibe are awesome. Then I decide to do the adult mature thing, which I am of both (uhh not really) I down shift and compression brake all the way up to the stop light with my engine at about 5500k to take full advantage of the noise potential of my CAI and Magnaflow. I can see myself rolling down the window and giving the driver credit on his/her great choice of buying a vibe and then tossing in a "check out genvibe.com". But my dreams were smashed...I glance over at the grandma about 2x my age, she kinda glanced back, but I think the noise scared her, (well I know it did) . Buy this time I am pretty much red faced (thank god for tinted windows).the light turns green, shes speeds off and I just slowly drive home keeping my car nice and quiet like. I now have to live with the guilt (I'm a guy I'll forget by lunch time) knowing that I added a few more gray hairs to her head and/or she will trade in her vibe and buy a nasty pt cruiser, cause she doesnt want to drive a thug car..Well thats my story have a nice day

welcome to reality... lots of older people love the Vibe. I don't even pay attention to other Vibes on the road now.

hey, I'm old!...what's the problem with a practical car for my family??? Plus the blue hairs love Vibes because they are easy to drive and they don't even notice(can't hear) the louder than average exhaust.

Ha... Too good of a story. I know when I spot another Vibe I'm always checking for the GT emblem myself, not yet have I spotted another - but I know they are out there. I see them on GenVibe and CarDomain all the time...
