I installed a rear anti-sway bar to my Vibe GT and noticed a definite improvement in handling. I was wondering if adding a front swaybar would be even that much better. Has anyone that already has a rear sway bar, installed a front one... what kind of improvement did it make?thanks

So much better, definatly get one.what kind of bar did you put on... a hotchkis or a progress?you should consider installing a rear bar it worked great for me and was 20 times easier to install than the front one seems to be.

Mook, a few members here have installed both the upgraded rear and front sway bars together with various opinions on their effectiveness. Check out these threads, they may help:http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id ... d?id=10204
I have the hotchkis front and rear sway bars and I couldn't believe the difference between driving mine and the wife's. My car can handles almost like its on rails, and hers I'm afraid to push it into the corners.
Thanks for the threads Simkins. I was looking through them and was wondering if there is really such a difference between different companies' bars. I saw one person had a Progress bar on the rear, installed a Hotchkis in the front, and then replaced the rear Progress bar with a Hotchkis so that they would match. Is Hotchkis really that much better?

Is Hotchkis really that much better? When comparing the rear Hotchkis and Progress bars, I would say the difference would not be noticable. I'm not sure on their actual differences between one another technically, but would say it's minimal at best, but better than the stock bar.
