1-800-ROADSID... heh!

Post by ColonelPanic »

Quote »Dear Mr. Panic,It is time to extend your Pontiac Cares Roadside Assistance. Renew now and avoid any lapse in this valuable coverage. Covered Vehicle:2003 Pontiac SunfireVIN: 5Y2SL628blahblahblah (my Vibe's proper VIN)Quote »Your coverage is scheduled to begin January 2006. If your mileage is anticipated to exceed 36,000 miles prior to this date, indicate when coverage should begin: ___ (month) /___ (year)Uhh, I shall send it back and indicate that I was past 36,000 miles on my uhh, Sunviber back in Dec. of 2004 or something like that, think they will accept that? I'm close to 61K now. lmaoThat's funny. Pontiac doesn't realize that I have roadside assistance as part of my GM MajorGuard warranty and that they came out to unlock my car a few months ago when I locked like three sets of keys in the stupid thing. But hey, for the low, low price of $49.95 a year, I can get redundant roadside coverage for that '03 Sunfire that has my Vibe's VIN.

i have a 7 yr unlimited mileage power train and electronics warranty from geico. it's like 25$ every 6 months. i also have road side assistence from geico. 12$ a yr. can't really beat that.i think the warranty has a 50$ deductible.

Depends on what warranty you buy...his doesn't have a deductable. It's just like insurance; the more you pay up front, the less your deductable (or else it's 0).

Either you are BSing us, you have a loosey dealer. your rich and don't care...or your cohonees got up and left you for someone else?...just kidding... I would be making a stink...Or lastly are you hoping it does let go and you get a new engine?

This is funny cuz back in January I blew up my Saturn's transmission and as I was standing out in the cold in a empty parking lot trying to figure out how I was gonna get the Saturn home and it dawned on me that I had Cingular roadside assistance that I pay $3.99 a month for and do you know they sent a tow truck out and carried my Saturn home free of charge. That's a $150 value. I was so glad I had that. I have been with Cingular since I was 19 and added roadside when they first offered it and that was the first time I had to use it and it was great!!!

But I pay more than that a year for AAA Plus and all I use it for is to get maps.

i almost had to have my car towed today. we were at a mall and my wife ask me to give the keys to the baby. he was getting fussy. i clipedthem on his stroller. he got them off and droped them, my wife saw it and pick them, and gave them to him again. this time he dropped them again. she didn't notice. we spent about an hour loking around for the keys. finally, i made it to the lost and found. they had them. luckily. i was getting ready to call geico road assistance. my wife ofcourse had left her keys at home.

I keep getting stuff in the mail from the dealer that I bought my Vibe from saying that They want to buy the Jeep Cherokee that I bought from them back. Only...I have never ever ever owned in a Jeep in my entire life. The closest thing I have had was a Dakota. Idiots!!!

dang dude I wish I were 26 ......not!!! I'm actually 29! Wow! where did the years go?? LOL! Actually Cingular formerly Bellsouth Mobility did not offer roadside assistance at first. It's actually only a few years old and they great thing about it is that you do not even have to be in your own car to use it. If your traveling with a friend or driving another car other than your own and something happens to the vehicle your in and you need assistance, you're covered as long as you have your phone and have roadside assistance on your cingular plan.
