Is it the cartoon itself you don't get or do you not know what a ricer is? Those kids are none other than Ned Flander's sons from the Simpsons! Ned is a huge bible guy, as is his family, and the kids ofter say that something would make baby jesus cry. You would really have to have seen it in the show to fully appreciate it.
