So when you first got the car a year a and change ago the first couple times we turned on the heat in the winter after a few minutes if it warming up the car would start smelling like serious egg, almost sulpur like. But it only happened a few times and now this year it happens almost everytime we hit the road! I know that smell sometimes means the catelletic converter (hope I spelt it right) is going? but on such a new car? anyone else with this problem??
sometimes madness is confused with passion.......but is there any other way to live?
There's a TSB out on the catalytic converters for these cars, so if yours is acting up like that, it probably qualifies. Search for rotten egg smell or something like that and there should be several posts about it, one of which has TSB numbers. Just talk to your dealer about it. I got mine replaced and now it gets much better gas mileage.
