Funny you should ask Blue, thewhite and I were talking about this at the Montreal Winter Meet. He told me that he had some problems when the snow was at a certain height....I have yet to experience alot of snow

I'm hopiing not to have too many troubles. I figure a lowered Vibe is still higher than a lot of other stock cars. so, we'll see.

well this is my second winter with my lowered Vibe. I did not have any problems last year in ontario but here in Alaska this winter may be a different story. I have only been stuck once and that was last winter at the end of my driveway and I believe I would have been stuck even if the car was at stock height.

been lowered since 2004 and have often plowed the snow, some times I'd worry, but never been stuck yet.

my stupid town didnt plow the streets last year when we got 15 inches of snow and a lot of people were stuck in their houses for days..I ventured out and got stuck on flat land and messed up the body kit.. you should be fine if your town actually maintains the roadways

FWIW... the stock vibe has the same ground clearance as a Ford Escape...Lowering shouldn't put you at too much of a disadvantage.

Already lost the wifes car to the cold and the 4yr old furnace isn't working half the time! But to be more on topic, I'm more worried about the big chuncks of ice that fall off of semi's and other big vehicles and end up in my lane on the highway at night.
