Greetings! (now with pictures)

Post by madmacs »

Just a quick note to say "hi" and what a wealth of information this site has been. I've had my 06 Vibe AWD Moonstone with the "Moon and Tunes" and Preferred package for going on 48 hours now and I realize my last 3 months was worth every minute of research. I started out wanting the Matrix but those guys just wouldn't/couldn't put things together the way I wanted, so looking deeper I found this site and loads of references from it. Kind of wierd, this is the first car I've had in over 25 years, all others have been Jeeps, SUV's, or pickups, so that kind of says something about what the draw of this car had to take me away from that realm of vehicle.I'm sure I'll have questions later, but for now, a "hello" will get me in the door! *addendum*Now that I have had my Vibe for for almost 4 weeks, I can truly say this is one great car. The AWD is worth every penny spent and has better on-road grip on snow and ice than any SUV I've owned.
