I was just on M.O.. they are having a toy drive. we need to do something like that too.maybe the administrators could get it going.

sure can do. it's going to have to wait till after thanks giving. i'm in the process of moving. i can get it going though.i'll take the donations to the local shelters. actually i'll get ahold of the M.O guys and ask them how they are going about it. if you guys don't mind sending toys to me.. i can make it work.let me get the details worked out and i'll get back to you.

an easier way might be to take $$$ donations and go shopping yourself instead of sending toys. That would also save a bit on shipping.either that or people in different areas get together and do something in their area locally.just a couple of thoughts!

The church I go to has this thing called "The Angel Tree Project" and it benefits children who have one or both parents in prison who won't get to receive presents for Christmas. Pretty much in the church lobby there is a tree with paper angels strung on it and each angel lists a child's name, age, and what they want for Christmas. Would be nice if there was a children's hospital or homeless shelter somewhere that we can all donate to. It would spread the word about GenVibe and get us out there. Shows we are more than just an online community. Maybe someone could create a "GenVibe" PayPal account and we could all donate money to it. Whoever wants to spearhead that evolution can then go shopping and buy toys just like IMakeVibes suggested.
