I tried searching his name but didn't find anything...I was wondering what everyone's opion is about TO being suspended and most likely losing his contract.I frankly think that he (or was it his agent) had a good point but would love to hear other view points. He said that there are other players out there who do (or have done) far worse than he did and all they get is a slap on the hand and move on. I do know that he was warned, what, three times and that should have sent him a clear message. But anyhow, I would be interested in your opinions.
Just because you see Charlie doesn't mean I am a he....sometimes Charlie can be a she!!!!
But other players don't keep doing it over and over again. He is a high profile a-hole. Don't get me wrong, he is one hell of a receiver but his people skills suck and he's an attention (removed).

I, for one, am glad to see this happen to him. He has been nothing but a cancer for that team. Yes, he is a very good athletic player. But it is a team sport and there are no "I"'s in team. TO only plays for himself not for the team. I think he should be banned from the NFL and used as an example for all the other players. He can go play arena football.

Do you all think another team will be dumb enough to pick him up?BTW...I think the Eagles did the right thing.I think one of the things that ticked me off the most is that he talked about how great McNabb was and what an inspiration he was to him and stuff like that. Then turns around and slams the guy. McNabb is a real gentleman and I like him for that. I read his interview where he said that the Eagles are ready to move on without TO and he is relieved that the TO era is over. That speaks volumes to me.

I don't think any other team should offer him more that the league minimum. Let him start over as if he was an undrafted rookie and make him earn his place. He won't take that low of pay, so he will probably get signed by an arena team that will offer him the most money he can get. Because that is more important to him than being a team player.

There will be a team that will pick him up, he's too good not to. But whichever team picks him up should only give him 1 year contracts, that way they won't hurt themselves if he pulls the same crap. On the McNabb subject, I really don't think he's that great of a quarterback, I get to see a good number of the Eagles games and he doesn't really impress me.

The one problem I have with this whole damn fiasco is "He signed a seven year contract "Last Year" and now he feels he needs a new contract.(for the good of his family). Give me a break. He talked himself OFF the TEAM and that's where he should stay...OFF THE TEAM!!!!
i'm still waiting for isiah thomas to offer him a contract for about 6x what he's worth (TO has stated repeatedly that he'd rather be playing basketball).
If I were the Eagles I would put him back on the team and require him to be in uniform for every game and practice. He would never see the field though. I would ensure that he would never see any playing time for any team at all. That is pretty much what he wants. I heard possible places were Atlanta, Denver, KC, and Oakland. Denver and KC are out because Shanahan and Vermeil would not put up with ANY of his crap. And Oakland and Atlanta are out because Vick and Moss would get more headlines than him.

I'm a 49'er fan, and I was telling all of my buddies to wait and see...he'll throw McNabb under the bus just like he did Garcia...and look what happened. He's an a-hole, always has been, always will be.I'll tell you though, if Al Davis had the cap room, he'd be a Raider in no time...imagine that...Moss and TO in the same receiver corps...holy cow!

LA would turn into a huge black hole and slowly start sucking the southwest into nothingness.......and I don't want to see that happen to Vegas.

Everybody thought that when Moss got traded. Some how they have seemed to quiet him down. Not sure if it is because of Owens yelling louder, but I haven't seen Moss on the TV for the entire season. He just wants to be in a place where he can be the center of attention like a Houston or a Detroit. There will be a team that will snatch him up in no time, but at least everybody knows what they are getting into when adding him to their roster. One of my favorite parts in the last week was during the last news conference that he gave with Rosenhaus. One of the reporters asked Drew Rosenhaus, "Besides being kicked off the team what else have you gotten Owens since you have become his agent?" And in the background you see Owens start smiling and tring to not laugh.
