loose nuts?!

Catchy title, huh?Anyway, I have an '05, got it new in July. After only a month or two, I started hearing a rattle in the drivers door especially when I opened or closed it. It had continued to get worse. Well, I found the problem...These bolts are loose. I don't know what they're connected to inside the door, but I hand-tighted them and now the rattle is gone. Anyone else experience this on their Vibe?

Haven't had that problem but I will definitely check mine anyways.

that is called a check strap it is what keeps your door open. you did good just hand tightening them I would loosen them and tell the dealer and have them torque and document it.they had loose check straps at our plant and checked every truck in the shipping lot. some things get by them though.

uh at first i thought everyone was saying i was losing my nuts...
