GM Bose vs. non-Bose audio systems

Post by GMJAP »

Anyone know what the difference is between the GM "Bose" audio systems and "standard" audio? (Other than the obvious)Is there anything special about a "Bose" headunit that otherwise looks identical to a standard delco unit?tia

i believe it's the external amp. the radio should be the same. it's the same set up as the M&T's for the vibe.but if you are thinking about this for the vibe. make suere it's not a late theftlock radio. regular GM radios with theftlock will give you issues to install.
