04-06 camry and vibe have the same turn signal blinking rate.

Post by NascarXprt »

it was on a sat. night after my sisters band competion i was driving home and came to a stop light and pulled up right behind a 05 Camary i turned on my blinker and notice that the blinkers were blinking at the same rate (you know blink...blink...blink) it was all sycronized and all weird. and i assumed that the turn signals on the vibe were from the camarys. im not sure though but since i assumed i think that i hvae just made an @$$ out of u and me.

i have a tendency of remembering license plate numbers/letters. it drives my wife crazy when i tell her that i saw 'that' car driving on 'that' street a few days ago.....i know many of the cars that commute 'with' me everyday by their plate numbers....and i know when many on my street have visitors.call me freaky.
I have signatures turned off so I'm not even sure what mine says in this space!

I would say 3 times per week on average. I feel like I owe the guy a cup of coffee, he always keeps the pace "brisk" (read: 5-10 MPH over the speed limit where it's safe)

Yea, its possible they share some electrical parts.

It may be a bit of a fluke that that Camry had very close component values to the relay in Nascar's Vibe.'Course, I've got an 04 Camry sitting in the garage. Should go have a "blink off"

I watch my signal reflecting in the car in front of me and watch it slowly syncronize with the other car till they both flash at the same time, then become un sync? yeah... things we do on the road.

I would guess not - because the windshields of different models are different sizes and shapes - this will change the amount of travel of the blade, even if it's at the same "speed".
