Jacque Demers...analphabet

I was surprise when i saw in the ''Journal de Montreal'' that Jacque Demers was analphabet,,,he can't read or write.Many,many years he occupied lot's of function in the Canadian hockey team.And,how to forget,he was the coach at their last Stanley Cup champion.

I had no idea that Jacque could neither read nor write!Many years ago, Jacque Demers was coach of the Indianapolis Racers. He talked on the local radio station about the team and hockey in general.I forget which 'alternative' hockey league Indianapolis was in. Team owner Nelson Skalbania signed Wayne Gretsky (Yes, THAT Wayne Gretsky!) and eventually moved the team to Edmonton Alberta.
