Internet Mystery

Post by JustinVGT »

A friend told me about this thread on the http://somethingawful.com forums. Here is the direct link to the specific thread: http://forums.somethingawful.c...75856I have been reading this for the past several days and still am not done (on page 65 currently). It is currently 78 pages, so it will take you a while, but if you have free time, it is definitely worth checking out. It is probably the best forum thread I have ever read, although there is a lot of good stuff here on Genvibe as well. Just a warning, it does contain mature language. It is like watching an episode of 24, being full of twists and turns, plus it's just addicting to read. I'm not going to spoil anything, so check it out for yourself. If you want to read the important information, read the major update pages and key player bios listed at the top of the first post. ENJOY!Later,

I highly recommend The Dionaea House correspondence and blog. One of the best online mysteries I've ever read.It began last year and is continuing as I write.

I finally finished the thread yesterday afternoon. Very interesting true story. I'm not going to spoil anything, but it's about a guy who get's IM'd by some unknown girl and he uses that forum to gather help from everyone to figure out who his stalker is. After reading it, you will see how scary the Internet can be and how anonymously it really isn't.

Hey I'm a goon as well (by the same name of course) I read that thread back in the day when it was about 50 pages long. It really is a good thread.
