16" wheel covers

Post by jasonvibe »

When I purchased my Vibe a month ago. I got a set of new Vibe steel wheels for the winter. Being cheap I was going to get some chrome lug nuts and covers. I did not get the factory wheel covers because dealer cost was 4 for $100+, then the special lug nuts another $100 and caps added more $. On ebay these covers are no bargain. I see complete wheel sets. But it is too late for that. Does anyone know of a brand of 16" wheel covers that will just mount right up? You know, just push on like most cars.

have you tried Wal-Mart? You can find a lot of non-bolt on hubcaps in the rice... er I mean automotive section.

16 inch covers seem to be hard to find anywhere around here. lots of 14's and 15's but no 16's

no wal-marts or what not near you? all the wal-marts I go to have 13-16" wheel covers for sale at not a bad price. Some are chrome, some are not.

walamrt does not have what I am looking for. But on Ebay there are tons of complete Matrix wheels cover sets that should work. These cars do share the same steel wheels...Yes?

This won't help you that much, as I see very few 16" wheel covers on the site I will link to in a sec, but they do have some... I have 15" steel wheels for the winter and found a set of Sunfire replica wheel covers for $54 shipped from these guys. I didn't really like anything I found locally so I bought from them and added some Pontiac wheel center graphics from grafxwerks to finish them off. lol

I have an extra set of four 16" Matrix wheel covers that are brand new - still in shrink-wrap. If you are willing to meet me in Albany NY, I will selll them for $75. They are the 5-spoke (wide spokes and slanted (directional). They really look pretty nice. I'm told that they go for $80 per cover.Let me know if you are interested.
