How did your switch break? And did they confirm it needed a switch? Sometimes your window may not go up if there is a motor, wiring or regulator problem. Would not be fun to put in a switch and still have a problem. Just another reason I'm glad have to roll mine down hope yours gets fixed soon.

Urggg I am confused, if the switch broke when you were trying to open the window, then apparently you can't open the window, so there is no reason to fear about closing the window if you open it because you can't open it. Unless there is obvious physical breakage in the switch, and it might still work but you have no confidence in it. Just be glad you are under warranty, and they'll get you fixed up. Stuff happens.

I have lived without the windows on several occasions. When I got them tinted I couldn't use them for several days until they fully dried, and the frequent times that they have frozen shut in the winter time. It might sound horrible, but you can do it. Just as long as you can stand looking like an idiot in the drive through opening your door to get your food or cash from the ATM.
It's Fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally got it fixed they got the part in...but I started it up the day after it broke and it went down all on its own and would not go back up to I had to drive it to the dealership in the rain on the highway. Urgggg It's all better now the only thing that is bugging me is that the new button is a little more gray than black like all my other buttons.
