The pictures look like poop (no offense, Mr. Poopypants), but the granite metallic looks wicked if that's the black color pictured in your sig and on the TV commercial.

I think the granite is a Shadow-like grey, and the signature is black...just guessing.

Quote, originally posted by Pablo1669 »Why wait?http://www.pontiac.com/g6coupe/colors.jspOK, it appears that the granite metallic IS the closest to black... so that gets my vote (still).EDIT: WAIT! I'm an idiot... there IS a black! When I went to the link provided by Pablo, I looked at the colors, but didn't realize black was a choice because the little box for black was on a black background so I didn't even notice it! duh! So I'd vote for black... but since that's not one of the option that Mike listed, then I'll leave my vote as my second choice... granite metallic.

the colors as displayed on pontiac.com all suck. I am sure they look great in person, but they are all dull, washed out on the web site, so I say go with the white. As long as I never have to sit in the back seat

I picked Granite Metallic. I think it looks the best for that style of car!I'm glad you're going with this car and not the Solstice! It would be a waste to pay so much money and not even have trunk space! This was a way better choice.

This is what the blue looks like in REAL life!Even this picture doesn't do it justice...EDIT: "Real Life" pictures moved to first postOnly one I don't have a picture of is the Granite Metallic. Obviously these are all sedans, but you get the jist. I'm meeting a friend tomorrow for lunch, and there just HAPPENS to be a dealer across the street, so I'll run over and see if I can nab one.

Yes, I certainly do see the dilemma. Of course, I guess the way I look at it is all of the colors are pleasant. You can't really go wrong. But I really do prefer that blue. That's just beautiful!

I saw a red one sitting at a local dealer tonight, looks like its that "Crimson Red" color. That was pretty sharp. But I still like the blue, 'specially with the chrome wheels.

I should probably clarify also, I do not like my cars in black, hence the reason it is not one of the options. The Granite Metallic is kind of like Shadow/Moonstone, and Stealth Gray Metallic is the color used mostly at the auto shows, and in most of the advertising literature.

Damn, I got lucky today!!!Stopped at 2 dealers. The first one didn't have anything I wanted pictures of...well, except this:That's the third one I've seen. And it's like seeing it at the auto show for the first time all over again. Pure love. Oh, loved this one too!The Torrent looks SO good in that blue!!!!ANYWAY...The second dealer I went to had everything I needed. Even this convenient line up of colors:This makes it easier then ever to make it easy to tell the three most commonly confused colors. They are, from left to right:Granite Metallic, Stealth Gray Metallic, and Black. As I said, the ACTUALLY colors in life are MUCH more vibrant and pleasing then the crazy website colors...Some more new pics: EDIT: Front survey pictures updated again.

ha! Yep, he threw many of us for one, myself included, on that day. Gee, thanks, raging. I do hope however, that any modding he does, will be minor. Going from the Vibe to a G6 is really going to be a significant advance forward in technology and complexity, to say the least. That car has just about everything tied into a computer somewhere, moreso than our stuff, so it could prove fatal for the poor thing.

Mike, make them switch the tires BEFORE you take delivery if they aren't what you want. I know we will do it for a customer for the difference in the tire price, which is usually less than $100.
