i am thinking about getting this. or maybe the k&n or aem short ram intake. anyone got the cosmo short ram one how is it? i would get a cai but when it rains down it floods a lil. so i gonna go wit the short ram and after i get that i gonna go with magna flow exhaust. if anyone has the cosmo short ram let me know how it is?
I had one one before I installed a CAI. I was great! Easy install, great sound, a little more low end power. I enjoyed it. Go with Cosmo for the SR it is not worth the extra money to pay for the K&N or AEM brand name. They are basically the same. Quite a few people on here have it.

thanks for the info. i think i gonna go with the cosmo sr how is the filter myt friend told me i could change it out with a k&n if i needed too. after i get that i think the magna flow will go good with it and then unichip. if i get all those comso sr+ magnaflow+unichip do you know how much hp will be gained? also would new pulleys and a header be good to add?
No Problem. I would go with a K&N Filter for the Cosmo SR. Cosmo = 5-7hp on the low end, Magnaflow = 7-10hp on the high end, Unichip = 5-7hp across the entire rmp range. Pulleys will get you more low end torque but you may lose a little on the top end. A header may get you another 5hp on the top end, but not much on the low end. You may be better off just porting out the existing header.

I have a cosmo long ram c.a.i. for an '03 GT. It's scratched up a little, so I would sell it pretty cheap. I don't know the difference between a GT and non GT c.a.i. It couldn't be too much, it's just an aluminum pipe with a fitting for your mass airflow sensor.
