Last call to help me help those with MS!!!!!

Post by Viben' round »

Hey guys as some of you may know I will be participating in the MS150 Bike Tour this weekend! It is a 150 mile bike ride in South Jersey put together to raise money for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis. I am reaching out as far as I can to raise money for this great cause and figured you guys would be intirested in this. I'm not asking for huge donations , a couple bucks each could go a long way!but my goal is $1,000.00. Perhaps with your help you can make this possible. All you need to do is click here: https://www.nationalmssociety....24CTS I get no money out of this, just a sore rear after 2 days of riding! I would like to thank you all in advance for your help. For more information please go to http://www.ms150biketour.orgThank you again!Rob

it was an awesome ride! over 7,000 people were there to ride. I hooked up with a couple guys on the team I was with and pulled into the finish on Saturday in about 4 and a half hours. 78.8 mile. Roughly 19 MPH average. Day 2, same distande in about 25 minutes less time. clser to 20 mph average. Sweet riding weather in the low 80's. Great bunch of people there, will definately be doing it again next year! There were a couple of times we were in a pace line of about 25+ people doing about 22, then I'd breakaway and look at my speedometer and see I'm doing close to 26! Holy crap thats fast for pedal power! I train up in orange county NY where there is nothing but hills and mountains, where the ride was, was nothing but flat. So that made it a heck of a lot easier for me. Too bad the weather is gettign alot cooler up here, less time for riding oh well, It'll give me something to look foreward to in the spring!
