I figure there must be some gamers among this crowd. So what do you play?I play World of Warcraft most of the time, but I do also own a PS2. I don't use that for online gaming much, but you can probably catch me playing Burnout Revenge on the net later this month. I also have an Xbox but it's getting traded in this week. There are several classic consoles sitting in my closet too. I just don't have the free time to play the way I used to.

*stands up and clears through*I'm Phil... and I'm a Gamer.Anyway I'm a gamer and I have not played WoW yet... been to busy playing Guild Wars which I am nowhere near done yet. Been playing that for over 300 hours spread across 4 characters. Heard WoW was just as good... but staying away from that for a while yet. I'm also a big PS2 gamer as well... though the latest games I have been playing on that are Gran Turismo 4, Blood Rayne II and Metal Gear Solid III Snake Eater. I certainly don't have time to play like I used to either... *shrug* but that happens. I got some old console games on my PC using an emulator. Also got one of those retro plug n play things from Wal-Mart that has The Blob and Sonic the Hedgehog II on it.

Metal Gear Solid III is amazing, one of my favorites on the PS2. I'm a big Metal Gear fan though. Speaking of Gran Turismo 4, I just won a Logitech wheel from ebay, the type that has force feedback and rotates 900 degrees. I'm looking forward to playing it with that, and I got it at half the retail price so I can't complain about it not working with many other games.Are you into the Burnout games at all? I like sims like GT, but arcade racers can be a fun diversion as well.

I only have a t-shirt that says "gamer"... so yes, I am a gamer. PC and Xbox for me. Battlefield 2 and Burnout 3 are the games of choice right now (but that could all change at the drop of a hat, as all of the other gamers knows).

I do some PC, PS2 and XboxPc-HL2-Farcry-all the hl2 addons like cs:s-starcraft-hmm not really any good pc games out now, well Wow etc. but im not paying to play onlinePS2-Darkwatch-GT4-ALL THE METAL GEARS-Killzone-Karaoke revolution! drunk games kick (removed)-cookies and cream-god of war-There should be some sweet ps2 games out this "fall/winter" then its ps3 in the spring!!! :DXbox-Burn out revenge demo! -all the games that the ps2 has-Halo 2 multiplayer only-forza but its not as good as gt4 so i dont play it anymore.I have way to many games to remember.

i play quite a few console games. i spend too much time in front of a computer working to even think about playing a game on one.currently i'm completely hooked on mario baseball. in the same vain as the mario kart, mario golf style games. quite a bit of fun with a couple of friends.other than that, i'm biding my time until the xbox360 release...

So who is picking up Burnout Revenge on the 14th?I'm thinking of getting an X360 around Christmas time, I usually buy consoles on launch day, but it might be better to wait a month or two with the 360. There will be a better selection of games and whatnot.

OK, i'll confess. I like to play freecell, spider solitaire and solitaire on the computer. if i had tetris, i'd play that too. when i'm bored, i'll play billiards on my cell phone. does that count?

ps3 will not last 10 yrs, its 100% impossible. with that theory of technology increasing every six months, it would be very out dated in 3 years for processing power. ps3 will most likely be the first and cheapest blu-ray dvd player out on the market, and will sell big. ps2 did the same for home dvd players!.

I got all three MGS games and they are my fav so far out of all the games of that genre. Of course it began that whole genre which Splinter Cell and others decided to spoof. Not badly but MGS is the king. MGS Sons Of Liberty was a little weird towards the end though playing as Raiden... now MGS 4 is already in the works to if you check IGN.comThe PS3 I have heard about but haven't done much studing on. I'm sure I'll get one at some point and migrate the PS2 to the car

I too am a gamer Love my sports games like FIFA, NHL, and NFL Last year one of the FedEx drivers gave me a copy of Medal of Honor and bam! was hooked, after that started playing Call of Duty and bam again lol was hooked, love those shooters, and they are even better when you play multiplayer Looking to start playing some racing games too My wife is sooooo thrilled lol

yeah, wifes just don't understand... those that do are a rare find lolI played some of the original PS Metal Of Honor games... was known as Head Hunter in the profile for my sniper headshots... two shot kills... one to pop off their helmet, second through the head... Only game I play online in groups is Guild Wars.If GT4 was online, I'd be playing you all anytime. I'm not much of a NASCAR gamer. I do play EA Sports games like NHL and PGA tour but never played those online either. Would be cool to play some of you online at those.

A lot of my friends are big SIMS gamers but I never got caught up in it with my few tries... I used to lan party with my friends in Montreal, we'd have Counter Strike games all the time. YES! A gamer thread !!! I am actually an avid gamer and I have been ever since the great old Nintendo! I've had all sorts of consoles and whatnot, but what I find is the best is good old PC gaming. It never really gets old, I enjoy great PC games such as Halo, BF1942, BFVietnam, and BF2 for FPSs. Also, one of my all time favourites is Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, I am really into warhammer 40k and the game was some greatly needed publicity for the game

anyone watch G4 TV?Last night on their ICON's show, talked about the birth of Sony Playstation. It was a really good show, talked about how Sega in the early 90s had 53% of the gaming market share across Japan and the North America and so Sony which at the time wanted nothing to do with video games, reluctantly teamed with Nintendo to help get more of the market share back. Well as it turned out, Sony wanted to go into using discs and ended up cutting off all ties with Nintendo as they realised they might actually be on to something. Sony took their Playstation which in early was suppose to mate with the existing Nintendo platform and designed their own. There has been no looking back since.

I grabbed Rainbow Six Lockdown the other day for Xbox. It's pretty cool so far, but I've just been playing offline. This coming weekend I'll be setting up my Xbox Live account, so if anyone is up for that or Burnout Revenge, let's get something going. Friday and Saturday nights are really the only time I get to game anymore though, which kind of sucks.

well if you lost your reservation, just bring in id, and you should get the ARN phone call the night before. I just called my store and they said 10/04. If you ever come to washington and see a shadow vibe in front of a gamestop, come and and say hi. hahaps. the reservations dont show the date that games and such show up, its just a receipt with a 99xxxx sku and the amount you put down

I would love to work as a manager at a gamestore... I had EB Games stores near me before but none here in alaska though we got a Game spot store though. Of course I'd probably make more there as a clerk even then I do at my current job... oh well.Seems I'm the only Guild War fan here. we got a new update with two new locations... wow are those guys tough...

I bought my PS2 from a guy in the back of a van the day before it was released (no kidding). Remember the huge 'shortage' they had back then? That's how desperate I was. I have more than 40 games for my PS2 now but haven't had time to really touch it for a long time . The last games I left off on were GTA-SA and GT4. Anyone play old school games on a pc emulator? I have an NES emulator that I use to play about 30 of my childhood nintendo games (TMN Turtles, SMB3, Tyson's Punchout). I also have a gameboy emulator too (Tetris, Super MarioLand). Still looking for a good SNES emulator that'll run on a pentium 233 .

I upgraded the ram on my PC, now its time to upgrade the video and sound card... Gotta dust off my PS2... been wanting to play some Blood Rayne II or MGS Snake Eater again... the replay value of both those games for me is through the roof.Put your slim PS2 in the car with a mini-screen

no, $75 per each of your pay period. but since now i get paid ever 2 weeks, that means 2 more paychecks/yr for me! whoo hoo!and the car problem doesn't count. that's maintenance. hopefully it won't be too much $$ to fix. but bummer, having to sit around and wait for people for appointment, i realized the new phone doesn't have any GAMES on it! (removed)??? has all kinds of other cools stuff, just no games! lame!
