Thanks! Not at 8 years yet, but working towards it. Hope I didn't just jinx myself! That would suck after having just made a huge financial commitment. I think we'll make it past the 7 year itch though...

Quote, originally posted by jmf2 »Course Phil has more fun cause he's driving a fusion vibe HAHA thats so true Yup the whitewater rafting was very fun. Though unlike the last time I went, and also at a different location... this one required a swim test. Now I am no pro swimmer, I can tred water, swim across a pool... basicly enough not to drown for a little while... but into the cold water you dive while dressed in a dry suit. Now the suit, keeps you dry... but not warm... Did I say the water was cold? Hope mentioned the water was low... very low. Heck I was floating down river in the middle and was still hitting my (removed) on every rock you could imagine. Next year, one of the girls I work with here wants to come along, so if Hope and I get our friends, plus her and her friend if she can convince any to go... we'll have a group for a raft and would be very fun. We were told to go back next spring. The water won't be any warmer... but I'm sure it will be higher. Which means more rapids and we can do the class V ones.
