Picking up tomorrow...
Hey Everyone.I have been perusing the forum for the past few months, as I was interested in the vibe. After all my reasearch I am picking mine up tomorrow!New: 05' Base, Platinum, 5sp, aluminum 16", power package, and moon and tunes.Anything I should check out when I get it home?Thanks,Chris

Check your tire pressure. Mine was 38psi and should have been 32psi. Thanks to the guys here I was able to catch that. Also do a walkaround for scratches, chips etc... that can be fixed by the dealership. Make sure you post pics when you can. And Welcome from another new Vibe owner & genvibe member.

Welcome! YES, check it thoroughly BEFORE you leave the dlr lot! I found damage on my PT before I took it home, door scratches since it was an older 03 model sitting around for awhile but discounted down. Naturally it stayed at the dlr until it got fixed. Also found paint over spray on another car of mine years ago.

Welcome and congrats on the Vibe. One simple thing you'll want to check out is the bag-o-clips in the spare tire compartment... it can cause annoying rattles that drive you crazy until you finally find it, realize what it is, and secure it (speaking from personal experience). Hope you enjoy your new Vibe!
