Um...depends on what you want to do? In terms of cheap and performance? CAI. Anything above that would be exhaust. There aren't a lot of performance parts out yet..

Anybody have one of those throttle body spacers? I would like to hear that someone actually felt a difference. I have heard that they make no difference, that they are a gimmick.

BlueCrush seems to be pretty happy with his, from what I can tell. I don't know if anyone's got any real numbers or dyno runs to quantify any gains.

I believe they use this a lot on older mustang's, Camaro's and other muscle cars. I think I just saw them install one on a mustang on the tv show Horsepower TV on the spike network and the gains where nice but of course it depends on the car.

The throttle bodies are piped with engine coolant. Adding these spacers keeps the heat out of the rest of the intake manifold. It didn't help much, but I already had 260hp/300lbs torque...

I have read it, and was wondering if "you" have seen an increase in horse power. Its better to hear it from someone who has done than from the manufacturer.

No Problem. I'm hoping someone else does, so they can confirm my findings.
