well, some may think it's a little too "bling" perhaps even "rice." However, it seems to keep the bugs out pretty well and so far, I haven't seen anyone else do it "this" way yet. best thing, if i don't like it, I can just take it off. You may not like it (and I'm sure a lot of folks on here won't) but that's OK. It's "different" and I like it more and more as I keep staring at it trying to decide what exactly I think of it. un-JDM'd headlightsnow for the lower grill....and a view from a distance (and through a window. sorry about the reflection)
still unsure of the oval on the grill... people are getting it confused with FORD. and lord knows we don't want that! loli'm thinking of taking it off and putting 2.5 GT on the lower driver's side corner.
Nice headlights! Had to! As for the mesh, I just don't think it looks right on that car and it makes it look a little too cheap. To me it just doesn't look good, but that's just my $0.02!

I actually don't see any difference with the headlights! What am I supposed to be looking for? No, I'm not trying to be a wiseguy either, I really don't see anything diff'rent! My opinion though... The front end would look a heckuva better though if it had the front plate there where it belongs and not up in the windshield though. and *ducks!* (Mav better duck too, as *slice* that noggin' getting whacked due to air bag deployment + license plate turned projectile!)

I love the grill, the head lights are a little different but the front emblem is ... different, looks sorta ford from far away, hffa HHAHAHA, I say either do the suby symbol or something like u said before with it in some 2.5 corner or something..

ya, i think this winter, i'll take that emblem off and redo it. besides, i need to paint the grill since i left it aluminum and it's getting some wierd streaks. i painted the lower grill with rustoleum and "chrome" to seal it so it wouldn't do the same. we'll see in a week or so how it holds up. took some pics yesterday of the car.... did a little photoshoot.

now that you mention the ford thing...it does sort of look like a focus sedan in a weird sort of way. My suggestion would be to paint the grill black. That would look amazing. As for the emblem, I assume you're Korean?
yes, i am. but i don't want to paint it black because that's what EVERYONE else has done. i wanted something "different" and also to keep the bugs out of the radiator (which it is doing a fantastic job).
yeah! Like the Grill!! the Blue Oval has to be adjusted... So either its not blue or not an oval....Just dont want ppl using the F word in your presence or even behind your back
I LIKE the appearance of grille(s), BUT... what about airflow? In Alaska, you probably don't have to worry about heat (from too little air-flow through the mesh) too much in the summer (compared to Texas, let's say), but I'd be afraid that the small grille mesh would clog with ice/snow/slush in the winter and cut off virtually ALL airflow to the radiator. (Darn practical brain of mine!)

(Darn practical brain of mine!)so far, the air flow hasn't been a problem at all. if you saw the mesh close up you'd see it's pretty open. it's doing a great job keeping out bugs and other debris. and unless i do a major ditch dive, the grill will be fine. it's not more restrictive than the Mr. Grille I had on the vibe.

that's why i got AWD and no, won't be showing off in this car. i'm sure it'd be a lot more to fix..... plus i just had to sign some huge (removed) long pwk saying i wouldn't do anything crazy in the car because it was needed for my job. lol.

I would like to either get an new STi or a used un-modded WRX, STi or plain WRX and modify it. Or a Forester XT with the turbo... either way, my next car how be it a 1000 years down the road or what ever... Will likely be a Subaru also.
