Hi ;,I got couple of scratches in the plastic cargo area , thanks to myself for transporting stuff and not having gone thru the forum earlier as to how things slide around on the plastic carge area .Anyways damage done .I looke up the forum in the interior section and there were Posts as to using Stoner Trim & Shine so i got this today and used it BUT alas to my dismay it didnt work ,those scratches are still there . Any other way as to get rid of them ??

I've picked up a few deep scratches in the plastic in the cargo area, some on the deck that I don't care about, but a couple in the gray plastic trim around the hatch area that were pretty visible. I was able to reduce their visibility somewhat by heating them up and pressing a piece of rough leather on there. effectively softening up the plastic and then pressing a texture into the softened plastic. I did a barely passable job, it's better than it was before, but no where near perfect. The scratches in the rear deck are a write off to me, if I did fix them I'd replace the scratches with new ones before long.

That product is NOT designed to fill or hide scratches, but simply to do what it says: shine trim.
