Roof caps loose

Post by vibe-anator »

I took off the end caps to install my roof crossrails. Now they don't fit as snug. Anyone else have this problem?

are you sure you got the yellow plastic secured on the inside? I didn't and lost one on the road, when I put the new one on i made sure it was tight.

sounds like that might be waht it is. i went to remove mine and the yellow clip wasnt secure and mine almost few off. it slid back and i stopped to get gas and noticed it. the next day i removed my rails all together and then installed cf caps.
