*gasp!* I care... I care enough to say, I'm quite glad I'm not out there. Ouch! What % of humidity? It probably still felt cooler there than it does here most of the summer.

in 95 i went to a big church conference in phoenix. at the time, it hit record highs of 122 ° F. I have a shirt somewhere that says I survived 122 ° F! and in AZ, there is no humidity! you walk down pathways and they are spraying out water so your skin doesn't feel like it's going to melt. it's a dry heat, like here, just not as hot.

It's more humid where he lives all the time than it was in Tennessee or is here in Ohio...it's crazy. Even though I was so much further south in TN, it was still usually about 10 degrees hotter in that area of Indiana than it was in Tennessee. Crazy stuff.

We were hoping to catch a little rain from it, but most likely it's all gonna go south and east of us up here. Oh well.

Cuyahoga River caught fire 3 times. 1936, 1952 and 1969.I was in Arizona back in 2000 and the average temp was 114. I actually enjoyed it somewhat. I would drink about 8-10 bottles of water a day. Not because I wanted to, but because I needed it.
