The boss has a Corolla, don't have a clue what year it i - last generation, maybe '98 or '99, somewhere along those lines. The gauge cluster has had a bulb kick the bucket, so he has one rather large dark area there somewhere, not sure which gauge it is in. Anyone know if I'm correct in assuming that Corollas of that vintage employed incandescents for illumination? And if they did, what type of bulb? I may try to help him change it out if it isn't too much trouble. Probably a lot like our legomobiles if I had to guess.heh, maybe the same fix will work for his car that works for mine, with my stupid HVAC control lighting: Beat the crap out of the dash and it will come back on. I should suggest that, but he doesn't look to be the type that would enjoy beating up the car when it is bad. heh. TIA for the help.
