I went camping last Sunday to Pa. I visited Gettysburg, very impressive. I would suggest everyone who has not been to visit it. It really was awe inspiring.Anyway, my Vibe did 31 mpg on the way there. Alot of camp gear was onboard. The cargo tie downs kept everything from moving around and organized. I really love this feature. But to top it off I actually used the two prong outlet. We used it for the casset player for the Auto Tour tape. There is a tape you can buy that plays as you follow a route. The casset was more easily stopped, rewound, and fast fowarded than a CD would be so I chose it for that reason. I also uesd the outlet to charge my girl friends cell phone as she could not find her car charger. I also went to pick up my brother in Groton Ct. on Friday. Took my nephew so we could play in the FireArms Training System (F.A.T.S.). It is a vidio trainer that you use modified firearms to shoot the screen. It is the ultimate vidio game. On the way up we used the two prong outlet again to charge his phone as he does not have a car charger being only twelve. I also am more impressed with the Vibe to more I drive it. The handling is great. I actually cut off a truck and turnd hard into a shopping center at 40 mph. It was like it was on rails.

Sounds awesome. I'd love to visit Gettysburg someday. How many miles did you put on the Vibe?Glad you enjoy the Vibe, but be careful! (especially when cutting off trucks! lol!)Too many crashed up Vibes lately!
I put over 1000 miles in just over a week. Think I'll stay home awhile. don't worry about me cutting off trucks. I live on Long Island and it's a daily occurrance here. I just hate when it happens to me though.Lol.

That sounds like a blast of a trip. Yeah I have to say the Vibe is a perfect vehicle for 2-3 campers. It had enough room for everything and still had most of the comforts of home. Its a shame more cars today don't have the 110 outlets - they are super handy.
