LOL!!Skipping meals is the worst thing you can do if looking to maintain, or more importantly lose weight. If you aren't getting food in your system, your body hoards what calories it has instead of burning them. The healthiest way to go is to eat smaller portions every 3-4 hours, meaning 5-6 meals per day. Each 'meal' should be roughly the same in size. That being said, I had a 20 oz Mountain Dew and a bag of Doritos at 2:00 for my lunch, and a 20 oz Dew for breakfast.I may know how I should eat, but that doesn't mean I follow it...

I know how that goes... I wake up at 3 PM, go into work by 4:30 and I'm lucky to get lunch by 11, if I'm even able to get a lunch. Sometimes it' just a bowl of cereal at 4 in the morning once I get back home.

Some generic chunky vegetable soup spread on toast, I'm sure that sounds interesting. . Put the remainder of the soup in a bowl. And a couple pieces of toast with butter to go with it. Wasn't too bad...
