I have joined the 'DROPPED CLUB' as well!

Post by Vibedad »

Had my Tein S springs installed by a friend today!Car looks and drives amazing ! It did not drop as far as I thought it would though. The top of both front and rear wheel arches were at 27 1/2 inches before the install. Both are now at 26 inches. The car is only 3 months old so that may be part of the reason. My friend that did the install used the instructions I downloaded from the link here at GENVIBE and said it was super easy - especially since there were no rusty bolts. I will see if the car drops any lower in a day or so as it settles in! Great ride still too - I was amazed and would recommend these springs to anyone who asks! I will post some pics soon as well

Congrats on joining the club! Can't wait to see the pics. Wait a couple of weeks for the springs to "settle" and then do an alignment.Congrats again!

it is annoying driving with the car lowered and all with the kit, but it is so worth it. i havent cracked it, just scraped the bottem a bit but you cant see a thing. plus the reaction you get from people is awesome. you can get up every driveway, the only prbn is down it, and no speed bumps at all.
My Car, with the kit on. it looks awesome! come and check it out, tell me what u think.P.S. the gray will be painted momentarily http://www.cardomain.com/ride/514882/1

go drive it on some twisties or that tight on ramp that was a pain, it can take almost anything you throw at it now.

there is a 25mph ramp on 58 going towards martinsvile on the danville bypass and I take it at around 60 when the tires start sqealing......the stock tires suck, i am getting better ones before winter. I love my s-techs

Mook, my mother was giving me a hardtime about the springs and the warentee. I went to the dealer and asked a representative and he told me as long as they can get the lift forks under the car it will not void the warentee. Of course like SCherry said it will void the springs warentee obviously if you do not have the stock springs on the car Speaking of S-Techs I finally got mine from UPS today after 4 months and three different Ebay seller...can't wait to put them in on Thursday!!!I wanna see pics Vibedad!
