In the following thread: http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=18384 northvibe said he found on google the Aveo Extreme. I decided to do a search and found it as well. It doesn't looked too terrible, but still a little ricey for me: Here is a link with info on it: http://www.rsportscars.com/eng...e.asp After driving one of those for a rental, oh man would I laugh to see someone trying to race in one of those! The concept still only has 103 hp! The car has barely any power, can't keep up speed on hills, barely can pass, it was bad. If they are going to make it look like a racer, why didn't they put on a turbo or something? The car is very extreme, we'll have to be on the lookout j/k.

Yeah, reminds me of a guy I worked with several years ago that had a Toyota Echo that he put a turbo on. That thing was quick since it was so light! I think he said it was the lightest production car at the time.Another thing is I have a friend who put a RX-7 turbo motor into his Miata. He has done so much custom work on the car to get everything to fit, it is amazing. The problem he has is the car is too light for all the power. He currently has the small stock 14 or 15" wheels, so it's not giving him much traction. Right now it's a total sleeper. Looks like a completely stock Miata, nothing fancy. It's still a work in progress.

Yeah the wide body part looks good. I just don't like the useless side scoops. That's one reason I like the Vibe over the Matrix. Our cladding gives it a sorta wide body kit look to it, unlike the completely smooth sided Matrix which still looks good.

i agree. i'm a big fan of wide body kits. and that intake on the a pillar would look pretty interesting on a vibe. but at 103hp, it seems like it couldn't get out of its own way.m/ >.< m/

Looks a helluva lot better than a stock Aveo. Very disheartning knowing that it only took them a year to develop a kit for that but, it was 3 years for the Vibe.

So not only did one company decide to make an Aveo kit, others followed. (removed)
