2006 Vibe Oil Capacity

According to a new pdf ducument on the GM TechLink website, the oil capacity for the 06 Vibe base engine (1.8L Code 8) has been increased from 3.9 to 4.4 quarts.See page 2, listed under "Tracker, Sunrunner, Vibe":http://www.gmtechlink.com/imag...E.pdf

There should be a law that says it has to be a friggen round number..4 quarts? Gahd!Time for the oil change, better get out the measuring cups...

I always just dumped four quarts in mine, which puts the oil level right where it needs to be. I (sometimes) have better things to do with my time than to stand there and measure quarts out .1 qt at a time. If I had an '06, I'd just dump 4.5 quarts in the damn thing and call it a day.
