Welcome and congrats!! That's the best Vibe color! But, I might be a bit biased. You'll love the car. I hope the wait passes quickly for you.

Congrats on your purchase. You will enjoy it. If I would have spent the extra $700 (CDN) on the monotone, I would have gotten the same, however since I didn't, I ended up with Salsa Red.

Good luck with the new car! I bought mine on saturday and had to wait till a tuesday also, after such a build up it wasn't a let down at all. Great choice on the color, I really like mine.
Shadow Vibe - two tone (almost no need for the monotone in this color IMHO) - slate interior - power package - moon and tunes - abs - 16" aluminum wheels - and the GD on the radio! http://www.cardomain.com/id/db_vibe

Picked up mine on Wensday Jan 29th. I love it, love the looks, love the interior.I love the floor mats with the Vibe logo! I feel I made a good decision. This was probably the best deal I will ever get on a new car. If I was to change one thing it would be the speakers. I have the 6 speaker-200 watt amp-6 disc CD changer. Lots of power, but the music could be more defined for my tastes. Much better then my last car stereo. I think it would be adequate for most people. I hope they make a special mat that covers the whole back with the seats down. Also a roof cargo carrier specially made for the Vibe for long trips. One that was painted the same color as my Vibe. That would look very cool! Happy Riding!

Anyone know if its possiable to track down the location of your vibe. The dealer keeps changing the day, and I was wondering if I can find out for myself some how.

Call 1-800-GMDRIVE. It's helpful if you have the serial number or order number of the car. I always found them more reliable than the dealer. (but then my saleman was a mental midget).

First post:I just ordered a Vibe last week (Lava, Power, Moon&Tunes, Auto, and Antilock). Dealer says it should be delivered in 3-4 weeks ( ). But based on the posts at genvibe.com, it looks like delivery is more like 2+ months best case ( ). Is the dealership nuts or is the delivery on orders shorter since it is year 2 of production?
