Non-working low beams

Post by bluvibe »

Last nite I discovered that my low beam headlights on my 03 are not working - had to drive home wit the driving lights. I checked the DRL fuse, which is OK, checked one of the bulbs, no evidence of it being burned out. I ollked at the headlight relay, but since it's sealed, I couldn't have seen anything. Any suggestions? Does the car have a sep. relay for hi/low beams? Thanks!

Did you check the headlamp fuses under the hood?Have you done anything to the headlamp system lately that could have caused an overload?

The lights might have just simply burnt out. Try replacing them before you start tearing the car apart.
