Yup, definatly a game cleaner for those lucky hunters who happen to bring home some catch.hehe... those knifes would really do a number on your other forms of games though...

Those bloody things sure were temperamental! And every Nintendo was different, you never knew if your game would work right in your buddy's system or vice versa.

The el cheapo $8 games from Wal-Mart were the worst ones for not working, too. I used to have to blow down into the console to make things work sometimes, until it died completely and I sold it and the games at a garage sale for $10, which I wish I hadn't done.

retro systems are worth money these days... when I bought my PS back in the day, I lent out my SNES to a friend... I never got it back... wish I never lent it, I enjoyed having it. I ended up downloading a SNES emulator for my PC and playing nintendo cames on it... but its not the same...

Since your talking about blowing in the cartridges, did you ever have to take and push it from side to side like a wiggling to get it to run?

had to do that once with a Nintendo game I rented... I certainly don't miss those days. Kinda funny how what seemed good, awsome and acceptable at the time, simply seems like crap compared to stuff now lol.
