Matrix bumper protector on the Vibe

Post by merckx56 »

Here's the Matrix bumper protector on the bumper of my GT. It fit perfectly and comes down over the edge of the bumper. Much better and cheaper than the Pontiac unit. Got it on Ebay from Deland Toyota out of Florida. Quick shipping and in the door for $38!!!I washed it today too! I really need to come up with a name for the thing!!

I've been watching the same one on ebay. I really liked the fact that it has the 'lip' on it, and was wondering if the angle of the curve would be OK with the Vibe. You've answered my question! Now, everyone else please stay away from the ebay auctions until I post that I got one...

I like the looks of this one a lot better with the 'lip' that hangs over the edge. We've caught ourselves setting things on the edge of the bumper a few times while fumbling for the remote, so I think we'll be happy with the purchase. Next up, the mud flaps, then tint for both cars some day (if our luck would ever improve so we stop having these extra bills to pay! )

I bought one off of eBay and cannot use it. I laready have the GM design (not as good!!) but I ma squeamish about taking it off. I was hoping the Matrix part would cover any paint damage that might occur if I take the GM off, but it isn't. I'll take $20 plus shipping if someone wants it.Wayne

As long as your Matrix bumper protector on is is new condition, no scratches and adhesive still on the back, I'd like to buy it.Namron

It brand new. The tape hasn't been touched. It is still in the factory box.If you want it, send me a money order for $28 and I will ship immediately thereafter. If you want to check my credentials, my username on ebay is bes4264 and I have a 100% rating. Please let me know either way. Thanks,Wayne Benson2509 Entrada DriveVirginia Beach, VA 23456

I too have the Matrix bumper protector on my Vibe! It looks A LOT better and is more functional than the Vibe one. Got mine off eBay for $25 and another $5 s/h. Totally worth it!

I wish I would have known about this before my bumper got scratched. I already have the GM one on but mine got scratched right where the lip would have protected it.
