Check out this limo!

Post by ColonelPanic »

Sorry for the blurry pic, only time I don't have my camera with me an opportunity like this comes along. But the carpool dude had a camera phone, so that works. Man, I'd have such a complex if I had to drive that thing around, that's beyond tooooo big!

sad as it may be, full size truck/SUV to limo conversions aren't entirely uncommon down in this neck of the woods (texas). there's a place just up i-35 that has silverado, escalade, and h2 limos parked in their lot.

I'd bet! The trucks are becoming more popular here too from what it looks like. Although I did see a Chrysler 300m strrrrrrrrrrretched out the other day...

As jhwalcik noted, those are standard issue limos down here. I actually see more of those, F-150 limos (short bed, loooong cab), etc. than normal sedan-based limos.

If you look hard enough, you can find someone, somewhere that made just about anything with four wheels into a limo: http://www.mustangrestoration.net/Limo.html

I usually see those types of limos in Minneapolis. the biggest I have seen is the Hummer limo. Has there ever been a Vibe limo?

I work beside the limo factory in Springfield, Mo on I-44 and they have a limo vibe, Grand prix, and a G6. I'll have my brother take my camera to work one day this week and see if they'll let him go up and take a few pics. When i went to the doctor today they had the side lot full of hummers they are gonna make into limo's. It's fun to tour the place watching them build them...heh i applied for a job there a while back I'd let'm make me a limo.
