No, the sarge isn't marching...Here in Tampa there's a stretch of Bayshore Blvd that takes you out of downtown. You have a 90-degree left turn, a 500 ft or so straight, then a combination right-left-right-half left. If the traffic-gods are smiling on you (like they did me about 20 minutes ago) you can rip through there in 3rd gear. Good part about it is the speed isn't excessive but the cornering is! YAHOOOOO!!!!!

There's a subdivision around here, and it literally is the most topographically diverse subdivision in the area. I NEVER speed through there, but even at 25 mph, you can tell it'll be fun if you can rip through the gears. It has a bunch of blind uphill-left off-camber 90-degrees, and some really cool sweepers. Plus there's this one point where it straightens out and opens up so you run beside the lake for about 200 feet, it's just awesome. If anybody's ever in Hartland, Michigan, ask me, I'll take you up there.

Wouldn't it be GREAT if for only a few hours on one day a year they'd close off certain roads and keep pedestrians away so we could blast down the road?? Too bad it'll never happen.

I was just thinking that today on my way to work, the one road I drive is a lot of ups and downs and lefts and rights. I would love to rip through there at 55-60 MPH. Too bad the speed limit is 35 MPH.

The Michigan roads absolutely suck around here but there is one smooth entrance ramp I love to take in my Vette! Rochester road to M59... 60 MPH on the ramp, than I hit it and take it to 100 MPH! I do this everytime I drive it to work. I am sure some say "there is the A-hole in that Vette again". I do not care though...
