i dunno. in vegas, those places are in some crappy areas too. but yes, i guess we could always buy one of those and live in it instead of have anything else! you know, eat out of dumpsters and so forth so we can afford the car, insurance, and gas!

easier said then done. house requires a lot of money to put down. remember, phil's only been working again for a month so we gotta rebuild savings. wish we'd rented one of those cars though down in vegas. if we ever go back, we're gonna have to do that! lol

don't be a weeny and DRIVE the car! and $120K may get you a very very small condo here..... the one we're in now is 1000 sq foot, 2 br, 1 garage shared, and 1.5 bath. almost one yr ago, bought for $140K, but now will sell for $160K.
