question about hood liner

does anyone know how to remove that thing?....

I looked at mine and it seems like it's held on with some sort of adhesive. The one on my Bonneville was held on with clips and removed easily. Not sure on how to get this one off. Just curious...why are you taking yours off?

Are you talking about the hood liner (engine) or head liner (interior)?

I thought by the title it was under the hood.

I assume he is talking about the HOOD liner, as the title says, so with that, I HAVE NO CLUE! I always thought it was just pasted on somehow, but I think it might actually be smashed between the hood and the hood support rack underneath. Not sure though. Don't know how you would ever get it out if that were the case.

No worries. I was just getting confused, which is actually a pretty easy thing for me to do.

I tried to a long time ago and asked the same thing. I guess you have to stick something under the tab and pop it off. I tried one and broke it. I decided to leave it on and get a carbon fiber hood for the summer months.
