2005 base CAI, catback, etc.

Hey everyone, I know a couple of you have installed the Cosmo CAI for the 2005 base vibe (I just emailed injen and told them to make one already). Just a few simple questions: how is it? Is there a noticable difference in performance? If so, where (any low end improvement?) How is the quality? How is the sound? Will any bypass valves work with the Cosmo? About Catbacks for the vibe. Is the stock exhaust really more restrictive than, say, a Magnaflow? Will changing out the stock give a noticable improvement in performance? Will either of these mods decrease MPG (I would think it wouldn't change very much either way, maybe a little improvement)? Are they worth it? (I'm not looking for huge performance, but a little improvement would be nice (Hey, at least I have the 5 speed that gives me something to do in those 2-3 minutes it takes me to get from 0-60 ))
