Yes, but I'll not say this is a recommendation. I used it in a 1986 Ranger with 200,000 miles and a rather nasty lifter tick and the tick did quiet down. That said, I can't say it made any other difference in the truck. I would think that in a perfectly running engine there's probably no call for it's use as it would do little or nothing.
Waste of time and $$ on low mileage jap engine. This is designed to alleviate smoking from worn rings, cylinder walls, and valve guides/seats. Spend a little more on a good quality sythetic oil like Mobil 1 ....

It's actually a better gas additive than oil additive.
Vibe GT, TRD springs, Progress bar, STB, Unichip, Borbet E 16x7.5, 225/50 Bridgestone RE750, beefed up grounds and battery bypass capacitors(had em laying around)
