That dude has some seriously whacked out ideas. He seems to be fairly intelligent, but that just clues you in on that he is full of #%$&. I was looking at the "radar" section of his page and the guy had more lines and arrows on his map than John Madden's playbook. Half of the stuff he claimed was evidence of weather tampering looked fairly normal to me. But I am not a meteorologist, I can just predict the weather better.
