Stainless door sills added to silver vibe

many thanks to shadow 2004 for posting his sills.http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=8361I bought a set from the same distributor on ebay (user: reflectioncircle). world class shipping. bought it now on thursday morning and they came friday. they are $49 for the front. they dont make rear ones, which bummed me out.easy to follow isntallation and a nice look.Jeff

Those look great!! I went the cheaper route and just got the vinyl overlays.

Who else has added the Grafxwerks door sill overlays?Do they last long? Hard to clean, etc?

jeffgtx, i was reading on a ebay list i found of these, do they use 3m double sided tape or clip into old holes?

was just wondering what years is ur vibe.......i just noticed in ur pic of the drivers side that u have a ratchet system for ur seat adjustment..i have a turn nob on my 2003......i wonder if it is a year thing difference or a US/CAN difference.??

Looks really nice! It gives the doorsill a cleaner look than just plain black plastic. Nice job!

wow this thread lept back to life!1) it comes with an adhesive already on teh back side. that stuff is like glue. if you follow the preheating isntructions, its not going anywhere. is it 3m? i dunno.2) i have 2005these sills are a great look. i recommend them. the vibe is laser etched. i wish they made back ones.

Did you have to remove the black plastic sills from the car? Or do they go right on top of them?

yes, you remove the black pastic ones. they pop off.
