I know its not a roady, but it would mount the same with a Pro Clip.

That's JUST the clip thing, NOT the actual bracket. You'll need to get VSM TY-55-02 from http://www.pro-fit-intl.com there are pictures on that site to show you what it looks like and how to mount it. If I wasn't late for work, I'd find more for you....like Raging's pics of his SkyFi on that VSM.

If anyone is looking for a mounting solution...Quote »Used to use this to mount my skyfi long before I moved it to the windshield...You get both the VSM (vehicle specific mount) designed specifically for the Vibe and Matrix, as well as the screw-on swivel mount, which allows you to tilt the unit in any direction for easy viewing. This mounts to the right of the climate controls...Normally retails for over $60 for the combo, I'm hoping to get $45 shipped, the unit is in excellent condition.Pics: Note that the previous picture does not show the swivel mount...

Re: (Lecanard), and install instructions for XM Roady

Post by jjhendri »

Hi Lecanard and others on the forum, I finally had some time to do the install about 2 weeks ago, the install was easy, could not believe. The instructions provided by Lecanard was great. Right now have it sitting in the tray below the cupholder until I decide where I will premanently place it. I'm using FM Modulation but here in S. FL stations are at a premium but it works. Do get some bleed through from stations from time to time but I can live with that.jjhendri

Ok so I will be putting in an XM Roady 2 later this week and I think that between this thread and this linkhttp://www.vidrenlabs.com/vibe.htmlI should be good to go. Are there any last minute words of advice that anyone culd possibly give me. Thanks.

I routed my antenna under the weather stripping in the LOWER left corner of the hatch. It's invisable unless you're looking for it.Then just ran it under the left part of the car, under the driver's side dash, and to the radio.I had to take the spare out and spent about an hour doing it. In a perfect world - I'd like to run it under the am/fm antenna and then along with the same cable... maybe when I feel the need to pull my headliner!.
