LODGING - GenVibe Michigan Super Meet III [info]

Post by NSimkins »

I know some of you may have already chosen a hotel (still possible to change ) - here is the "official" (so-to-speak) hotel for this year's Michigan Super Meet.Sleep Inn2325 Austin Pky. , Flint, MI, US, 48507Phone: (810) 232-7777 Fax: (810) 232-9671Info/reservations: http://www.choicehotels.com/ir...19g.1The hotel is approx. 15 minutes from Joseph Pontiac.Last time I checked, it looked like rooms ran $68/night with the AAA discount. A couple dollars more without. This hotel also offers free high-speed Internet service in their rooms. Check out the link above for full information and to make your reservations.I've already confirmed that a few members have already made reservations at this hotel.

If we're gonna call them the "official" hotel of the meet, isn't that like calling verizon the "official" wireless provider of the red sox?Shouldn't they be paying us or compensating us for this free promotion?
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

Well if everybody else is doing it than I might as well change from the Best Western to here as well. Anybody have a bridge they want to jump off of too?

If anybody as any reservations staying in a ghetto-(removed) area such as Flint, there's also a Best Western just off the interstate 11 miles SOUTH of Fenton in my home town, Hartland. Just thought I'd let ya'll know.

Miller road exit that is. It's nice in that area with some good restaurants. I may get a room myself just to hang out with some of members and have a couple cans of loud mouth soup (beer).

Sometimes they have them available over the phone when the web says otherwise.

There are single rooms available for 2 persons at the Sleep Inn. I just called there a minute ago. If your interested in a room there I'd call fast. No room available for 3 or 4. I just reserved the last 2 bed room that they had for Friday night. Can anyone tell me where the second best Hotel is next to Sleep in? I need one for Saturday night now.
