The new white looks a lot brighter than the stock white. Looks good though! I am going to fit the rear bumper and install the side skirts tomorrow! I'll probably be calling! Once I get the rear on I am going to take the front and rear off and back to Andre's for paint. Might mess with the fenders again tomorrow to see if there is a way we can use them/ get them to fit right.

This is all I have so far. Side skirts and fenders aren't fitting well. Need some body work, but called one place and they quoted me $4-8K for fitment and installation! I about $^&! my pants when I heard that! Think I'll look around and see what I can come up with!

When I asked for a quote from a local bodyshop they told me 800 to 1200 depending on how easy it went on. That's paint and install without the kit on hand. I plan on taking the kit in to get a better estimate.

That way they should know the ropes and could get it done sooner and it would be less of a hassle for me. I know you got some hook-ups, so let me know if you find anything.

Damron, maybe that was a quote for one of those cheap Civic bodykits that you normally have to completely rebuild anyways just to mount it. Did you tell him it was for a Vibe and fit semi-descent? My friend got a kit for his Civic that was a pile of trash. It was cracked, the only piece that came anywhere near fitting was the rear bumper, the front bumper was about 6 inches too wide and even with all that trash the quote was only about $600 including paint and touch up fiberglass.

Paul, I think this place was just crazy. I told him it was a fiberglass kit, that the front and rear bumpers fit fine but that the side skirts were too tight and the fenders needed to be fitted and that is the price he gave me! I was literally blown away! I'm sure I'll find something better, that was just after a few phone calls to local body shops.

hahaha..ok well i can tellu what i did..and it makes the skirts stirdier..u have to pushthen on the body pretty hard and then drill the whole..then pull the drill bit out and push it again to put the screw in..i only have 4 screws holding it and it is extremely strdy, like a part of the car.

Also, mine was so tight when I tried to push it on that it pulled the front fender back and the door was scraping against the fender when I tried to open it. You better come down!

Also no one else that has posted even got the fenders, so it's hard to say on those. I don't have the money to take it all somewhere and have them fit and install this stuff, so it might be a while before I even know what the real situation is.

How would one go about getting in on the group buy, or is it too late now? Also, who would I talk to about getting it wholesale (my family owns a car & truck accessories store, and we certainly wouldn't mind being the only store within 100 miles with good access to this type of mod)?

Nevermind. After reading several pages into the thread, I noticed that the group buy is over by far.Where would everyone recommend getting the body kit? Who has the best price? The best price I've seen so far is from http://www.aerotrends.com.

Well, got the wheels and they look nice, unfortunately I ran into some financial roadblocks (the girlfriend wanted to get a cat, and we moved to a new place). Since winter is approaching here in Chicagoland I figure I'll wait till the spring so I don't wreck the kit on the snow and ice.
