i found those 4 scews. thing still wouldnt pry off. thats why i asked. thank for the link though.

from the picture it looks like after you take out the 4 screws you have to slide the back towards the top of the seat to get the hooks to clear, but I don't have access to mine to try it out. Or is it slide the back toward the bottom of the seat? I don't know but it looks like slide instead of pry to me.

yes its is slide. i had a brilliant idea that turned out to be not so good. pics to come.
